What's the movie about
The picture occurs in the year 2077. Sixty years prior, Earth was struck by outsiders known to people as the Scavengers, or "scavs" for short. In the war, the Moon was devastated and the coming about tectonic upheaval and the utilization of atomic weapons as the final turn to score the war destroyed the Earth's capability to uphold life. Technician #49 Jack Harper (Tom Cruise) is currently one of the keep going not many people stationed on the planet; the other survivors exist on Titan and a huge impermanent tetrahedral space station called the Tet, before moving for Titan. He exists in a work tower many feet above the Earth where he and his correspondences officer and mate Victoria (Andrea Riseborough) arepart of an operation to concentrate the planet's remaining assets, particularly water. Jack and Victoria experienced a "security wipe" five years earlier, which deleted their remembrances and counteracts them from surrendering informative data under investigation...
